Joseph Rubbers (India) Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of 60% Centrifuged Natural Rubber Latex (Cenex), catering to domestic and international markets with a strong reputation for quality and consistency. Established in 2007, our state-of-the-art latex centrifuging facility is strategically located in Kanjirappally Taluk, Kottayam District, Kerala—a region renowned for its ideal climatic and soil conditions for rubber cultivation.
Our flagship plant in Kanjirappally is one of the most modern and well-equipped latex processing units in the country. Designed for efficient material handling, stringent quality control, and environmentally responsible waste management, it reflects our commitment to excellence and sustainability.
The region’s laterite and alluvial soils, combined with an annual rainfall of approximately 250 cm, a temperature range of 20°C to 34°C, and 80% atmospheric humidity, ensure a steady supply of premium-quality Field Latex—the cornerstone of our high-grade centrifuged latex production. This natural advantage enables us to consistently produce latex of superior quality that meets the highest industry standards.
To further expand our production capabilities, we have also leased an additional plant in Thrissur, another prominent rubber-producing hub in Kerala. With a total of 19 Alfa-level centrifuging machines across both locations, we have a daily production capacity of approximately 75,000 kilograms of Cenex (60% DRC), ensuring reliable supply and consistent quality for our clients.

About Our Directors
At the helm of Joseph Rubbers is our visionary Director,At the helm of Joseph Rubbers is our visionary Director, Mr. P. J. Dominic, a multifaceted leader whose diverse experience and entrepreneurial spirit have played a crucial role in shaping the company’s journey.
Before venturing into manufacturing, Mr. Dominic built a distinguished career as a criminal lawyer, actively practicing for over 20 years. His sharp legal mind, leadership qualities, and people-first approach laid a strong foundation for his transition into the industrial and agricultural sectors.
In addition to his corporate role, Mr. P. J. Dominic is joined by his son, Mr. P. D. Joseph, who took charge as a Director in 2025. A CIMA-qualified accountant, Mr. Joseph returned from the UK after completing his master's degree. During his time in Manchester, he gained valuable international experience, including serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Nike, where he honed his expertise in global finance, strategic planning, and financial analysis.
