Ltd. produces premium 60% Centrifuged Natural Rubber Latex—available in both High Ammonia (HA) and Low Ammonia (LATZ) grades—renowned for its exceptional quality, consistency, and purity. Our latex is trusted by leading manufacturers of balloons, adhesives, gloves, mattresses, rubber thread, and a wide range of other products requiring high-performance latex solutions.

We employ Alfa Laval 810 centrifuge machines, featuring Swedish technology, to ensure precise separation and world-class processing standards. These advanced systems help us deliver latex with outstanding cleanliness, stability, and uniformity across every batch.

In addition to standard production, we offer customized latex specifications tailored to specific requirements, including low Volatile Fatty Acid (VFA) levels and reduced Non-Rubber Content (NRC)—ideal for demanding or sensitive applications.

Grades & Applications

  • High Ammonia (HA): Suitable for foam products, dipped goods, adhesives, elastic thread, household and industrial gloves, balloons, rubber bands, and finger caps.
  • Low Ammonia (LATZ): Preferred for all applications where de-ammoniation is essential for the manufacturing process, offering enhanced safety and lower Odor(Ammonia)

Dipped Goods Industry – such as Gloves, Condoms, Balloons, Catheters, Finger cots, etc .

Foam and Bedding Industry – for Mattresses, Pillows, cushions etc.

Adhesives and Binders – used in Carpet backing adhesives, Paper and board lamination, Glues, Rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesives etc.

Elastic Thread and Yarn Coating – for Rubber threads, stretchable garments etc.

Construction and Waterproofing – for Latex-modified cement , Crack sealants and waterproofing membranes, Road rubberisation etc.

Footwear and Sports Goods – used in Shoe soles, Grip coatings, Rubberized fabric etc.

Medical Applications – for Medical tubes and sheets, Medical bags, Orthopedic supports etc.

Laboratory and Specialty Items – for Lab tubing, Rubber stoppers, Protective gear coatings etc.

Packing standards

  • MS Barrels – Reconditioned MS barrels, coated with latex on the inside and bus green color on the outside, are used for cenex filling. The net weight of latex is 194 kg (equivalent to 205 liters). Each barrel is marked with its Gross Weight, Tare Weight, Net Weight, Batch Number, and Date of Packing.
  • HDPE Barrels – Brand-new HDPE drums are used for packing based on customer requirements, especially for high-quality latex products.
  • Flexi Bag – The majority of overseas buyers prefer Flexibags for latex transportation. A Flexibag can carry approximately 21 MT of cenex.
  • IBC Tanks – A single IBC tank has a capacity of 1,000 kg of cenex. Usage is based on customer preference.
  • ISO Tanks – ISO tanks are another preferred mode of latex transportation for overseas buyers. A 20-foot ISO tank has a capacity of 21 MT of cenex.
